Terms and Conditions
Arriving/Departing - Our normal arrival times are between 4 pm and 6 pm. Please let us know if you are going to be later than this. Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 9 am Mon to Fri and 8 to 10 am Sat and Sun. Check out time is 10am. We are more than happy for you to leave luggage for safe keeping outside these times by arrangement.
Parking/Bicycles - There are numerous car parks close to Trinity Street, please see our "How to Find Us" page for directions and information. We do have limited off street parking by arrangement in special circumstances. We have plenty of secure space for storing bicycles.
Deposit - Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will require a deposit of £25 per room per night to secure your booking. We will hold your room for 24 hours until we receive it. Please pay via our "Paypal" page which is secure and accepts most credit and debit cards. If for any reason you have to cancel and you let us know more than 30 days before your arrival date, we will make a refund in full if we re-let the room. Less than 30 days notice and the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment - The balance of your booking must be paid on arrival, either by cash or cheque. We do not have a credit card facility. However, you can pay your balance in full before arrival via our "Paypal" page. We will issue an Invoice at the beginning of your stay.
Cleaning - We will clean your room and bathroom every day if you have vacated it by 10am. If for any reason, you do not want us to clean your room, please just let us know. For longer stays we change the sheets and towels every three days.
Smoking - We are a non-smoking house and would really appreciate you not smoking in the bedroooms (even leaning out of the window!) or anywhere else indoors. We do provide a couple of seats and an ash bucket outside on a private terrace or alternatively there are numerous pubs with smoking areas. There is also a handy bench outside the front of the house. Please be considerate to other guests who will be using the room after you. If it really is a problem - we suggest you book into alternative accommodation.
Children - Unfortunately we do not accept children under the age of 5. One child over this age can easily be accommodated in any of our bedrooms in a put-you-up bed or for larger families in the Boudicca Room which is next to The Furley and The Darcy. The house is not very suitable for babies or very young children.
